I recently watched Hot 97’s  interview with Timbaland and enjoyed it thoroughly! They discussed topics such as: producing, publishing, artists and music business itself! Most importantly during the discussion, which can lead to controversy Tim says “There aren’t any producers, just great programmers.” I can see why he feels this way because a lot of sounds sound the same because “producers” really don’t produce! Anyway we all have our own opinions, but you can get a feel for his solid truths by watching the interview here.

 He also brought along two artists PC Tweezie and Blaze Servin who performed hype freestyles that gave me chills!
