Inspired by a trip to Hong Kong, Opening Ceremony was created in 2002 by Carol Lim and Humberto Leon as ” a place to share their passions for travel, art and fashion.” The first store started off in downtown New York and has now expanded to L.A and Tokyo. The brand features signature pieces from ‘Opening Ceremony‘ and a string of collaborations with domestic and international designers for men and women!
